As a Product Owner you will be responsible for prioritization, implementation, analysis and return on investment of customer-facing web projects, with an intense focus on driving conversion and customer loyalty and a strong commercial focus. You will work with business stakeholders and developers to constantly improve our commercial impact.

Key responsibilities will include:

Ownership, prioritization and briefing for projects, aligning business stakeholders with IT development team
Research and specify website features and enhancements to existing features
Liaise with designers, developers and other product owners to achieve the optimal implementation of changes to the site and monitor, conduct analysis and evaluate the impact of experiments using a combination of web analytics, user analysis, user surveys and internal tools.- Document the details and impact of experiments and new features.

Requested skills and attitudes:

Minimum 3 years experience working with large, high-traffic e-commerce websites (preferably travel industry with multilingual sites) in a similar role
Strong commercial focus and ability to prioritize tasks accordingly
Pragmatic and results-focused; driven to manage projects full cycle; problem solving attitude
Excellent communications skills
Data driven, customer focused, proactive, creative and innovative
Knowledge of Jira, Confluence, MySQL
Experience with Web Analytics software such as Google Analytics
Experience with the SCRUM methodology will be considered a plus

As a designer in our mobile team you'll be a key part of the idea generation process, working in a small startup-like group which takes full ownership of their part of our platform. You'll work with developers, product owners, copywriters and user researchers to conceive, analyse & test your ideas.
You excel in solving problems that today's mobile users are facing by designing compact and rich user interfaces for small screen sizes and providing our users an experience that is tailored to their needs. You are familiar with the state of the art in mobile apps and always up-to-date with the latest trends and emerging new user interface patterns. As a designer in the mobile team, you will be involved in every aspect of the mobile product development process. You'll be working on the iterative improvements we make as part of our high-speed release cycles, as well as looking ahead and conceptualizing broader changes our mobile app offerings across all major platforms. You will be able to apply your interaction design skills and user-focused mentality to make meaningful improvements to a real mobile success story.
You'll work in a small scrum team with fellow designers, developers and product owners.

You understand how a wireframe, mockup or concept can be implemented as well as the time complexity it involves plays a key role on the velocity of the development cycle. You know what can or can't be done in an app and how much effort will be required from the development team to materialize your designs. Knowledge of the latest technology and SDK capabilities is important in order to identify upcoming new trends, capabilities and features that are emerging in the fast-moving world of mobile apps.
You'll be a key member of an agile development team of people from all over the world. You need to be able to communicate your ideas clearly, offer in-depth critique to your fellow designers and develop a strong understanding of our unique environment through developing great working relationships.
E-commerce experience - We love hearing from people who know how the wheels of commerce move on the web, if you've worked in this kind of environment before, all the better. If not, we're looking out for people with an entrepreneurial streak, so being able to demonstrate that is a big plus.

Bravofly Rumbo Group is looking for a Customer Care Specialist, Norwegian and Swedish language, for its Chiasso offices.

The customer care specialist will have daily contact with the customer, providing quality telephone and email assistance, assuring client satisfaction and loyalty. He/she will build and maintain relationships with our clients in order to promote our products and services. He/she will be available to assist customers with their enquiries, take bookings for our travel products on their behalf and provide quality post-sale assistance.

Required skills/qualifications:
- Fluent Norwegian, Swedish and English, oral and written
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
