The Internet is potentially an extremely powerful instrument for circulating your personal data and Bravofly makes a serious commitment to comply with the rules regarding data protection and security in order to guarantee secure, controlled and confidential network navigation. Changes may be introduced in this data protection policy in the future as a result of additions or amendments to the applicable laws. We invite you to read the rules we have laid down for collecting and processing personal data and continuing to provide a satisfactory service for our customers.
Cookies are information regarding your use of the network that is saved on the hard disk of your PC and sent to your browser by a web server. Therefore, they provide information on the services, sites frequented and options selected when browsing on the web. Thus, this information is not provided spontaneously and directly but leaves traces of the user's utilization of the network. Bravofly would like to specify that data obtained from cookies will be used only by Bravofly SA, a Swiss company (license n°: CH-501.3.007.385-8), with head office in Corso San Gottardo 30 – 6830 Chiasso, Switzerland and by its partners. This data will be used for technical reasons, in order to guarantee a simpler, faster, more immediate access to the site, and will ensure easier navigation for each individual user. The data will not be used for any marketing purposes related to Bravofly’s services. All data that is not collected directly from the users will be used exclusively for site traffic statistic purposes and will not be associated to the individual user.
In accordance to Federal Legislation dated June 19, 1992, on the protection of data (LPD), we hereby inform our Users that the personal data collected and sent during the registration process are kept and processed by Bravofly for the purposes stated below, according to the LPD's consent modality.
The collection and processing of the User's personal data are connected to an adequate provision of the Service (including the delivery to the User of news, information and flight updates, trips and commercial offers by Bravofly and its partners, by means of e-mail, telephone or SMS) and for the correct execution, by Bravofly, of its contractual obligations to the Customer.
In particular, the collection and processing of personal data has the purpose of providing access to and allow the use of the Service. In this regard, the processing is either manual or electronic, regarding the purpose for which the data are communicated and collected, and, also, according to the provisions of the LPD. The User must provide accurate, true and updated data in order for the contractual relationship with Bravofly to be created and managed and to be able to use the Service. The User acknowledges that is he/she does not provide accurate, true and updated data during the registration, Bravofly will not be able to provide the Service.
The User can exercise his/her right to access the data according to the LPD, and can request a copy of his/her personal information.
To do this, the User must write to Bravofly S.A. at the address privacy@bravofly.com.
In addition, the User has the right, always by means of an express, written request sent via e-mail, of rectifying any personal datum that is inaccurate, or to obtain a cancellation, within the limits established by the law.
To stop receiving commercial and promotional offers via email from Bravofly or its partners (opt-out), in addition to exercising the abovementioned rights, the User can also follow the simple procedure activated by the "unsubscribe" link available in all commercial communications delivered by Bravofly and/or its partners.
For the aforementioned purposes, the User's personal data may be transferred to airlines or tour operators that will provide the requested services. In addition, due to new regulations introduced in the United States of America and other States, airlines must allow customs and border authorities to access the data of the passengers on their flights. Consequently, information on the User and his/her trip that was collected by Bravofly may be sent to competent authorities in the States connected by the User's itinerary, if requested by the regulations of the sector.
The T&C and the relationship between the User and Bravofly are governed, in the measure allowed by applicable regulations, by Swiss law. Regarding what is allowable by applicable regulations and international agreements, the parties agree that the resolution of any dispute that could arise between them according to the T&C, the relationship created between them will be under the exclusive jurisdiction of ordinary courts at Bravofly's headquarters. Bravofly also reserves the right to meet with the User in a competent court at the User's domicile.
