You have booked and saved on Bravofly and... finally the day of the departure has come!

Airline companies supply precise travel information regarding check-in and luggage, and low cost airlines have a fee for reservation changes.

Before leaving check the travelling conditions of the airline with which you have reserved the flight. Please do so by using the pull down menu below. Furthermore, please take note of the new safety rules in European Union airports.

Please remember that our customer care office is at your disposal to help you modify your online or telephone reservation: we will update the chosen airline of every change to your reservation on your behalf (changes to the destination, departure or return date, passenger name). Furthermore, we will verify every detail before proceeding with a new reservation or we will refund you where applicable.

Here is some important and standard information on reservation changes:

1. It is not possible to deal with reservation changes via email: changes and cancellations can only be dealt with by telephone within 24 hours from flight departure.
2. We must be contacted by Friday latest for departures on Sunday and Monday.
3. In the event of  reservation changes you will be charged a flat fee of 5 euros per person per route section for administration expenses. There are no administration charges if you have purchased the NoProblem assistance option.
   
   
   For cancellations of reservations the refund will be paid according to the airline cancellation policy.The cost of the NoProblem assistance option is not refundable.
