Information about airlines

You have booked and saved on Bravofly and... finally the day of the departure has come!

Airline companies supply precise travel information regarding check-in and luggage, and low cost airlines have a fee for reservation changes.

Before leaving check the travelling conditions of the airline with which you have reserved the flight. Please do so by using the pull down menu below. Furthermore, please take note of the new safety rules in European Union airports.

Booking changes/cancellations must be made by telephone at least 24 hours prior to flight departure, from Monday to Sunday, from 9.00 AM to 9.00 PM, contacting our telephone number 00442071006746.

In order to change your booking in any way (alternative route, departure/return date, passenger name), simply inform us and we will contact your chosen airline in order to check the feasibility of the change.

Please note that changes are not always feasible and all requests are subject to authorisation by the airline.

Please remember that:

  1. We cannot process e-mailed requests for changes: changes and/or cancellation requests can only be accepted by telephone, at least 24 hours prior to flight departure.
  2. For Sunday and Monday departures, you must contact us by Friday.
  3. Booking changes and cancellations on request ôf the passenger will be charged at 5 euros per passenger, per route to cover administrative expenses; this charge will not apply if you have purchased the 'NoProblem' travel insurance.
  4. Some fares and some airline tickets are non-refundable or may entail booking surcharges. See our airline information page for a list of regulations of the main airlines.
  5. The cost of the 'NoProblem' travel insurance will not be reimbursed.
